We encourage you to pull things off the shelf, move them around, and try different looks. Think about how fun this will be, bring your mom, fiancé, mother, mother-in-law to be, bridesmaids, etc.

As planners we have a team that is connected to great and reliable vendors, who love timelines and who get their giggles from check lists. Our team members started out by styling and designing our own events, jumping in head-first and being completely hands-on with each event so that is where we stand out above the rest. Have you ever had a planning firm who does all the personalized DIY projects you need? Builds your centerpieces, custom chalkboards and signage, even creates the flower arrangements?! The bottom line is that we love to create and when you work with us your wedding is going to have all these details CUSTOM crafted for you without having to use a million different vendors. This saves you valuable time and money and is what makes us different – this is what makes your wedding unique.

Day of Coordination – Mom’s, this one is really for you! You have raised this amazing daughter and you want to be there to help her enjoy her day, this day is for you too. Leave the worries to us, you don’t need to be the one running around making sure the vendors are where they need to be, wondering if the caterers have arrived, or having to answer a million questions about where things are and how it is supposed to be set up. Wouldn’t it be nice when asked a question that you could just refer the answer and responsibility to someone else? Our goal is to make sure that your wedding day is as smooth and seamless as possible! To make sure that you have no idea if your caterer is late, your sister has a mimosa stain on her dress, or your father is choking up just thinking about his baby becoming a wife! This package focuses on executing the logistics and ensures that you can actually enjoy your big day. Let us do this for you – we want YOU to focus only on walking down the aisle the day.

Staging – Need decorations to stage a home or office? Let us know, we would be delighted to help you decorate your space!

Styling – Very few things in life make us happier than putting together a well-styled event! In the design process, we will initially discuss the details you’re envisioning. Hit us with your best shot, because we’ve had experience with everything from an elegant country club wedding to a backyard BBQ wedding. The day of, we beautifully stage any of the visual aspects of your day. We take care of displaying your lounge furniture, centerpieces, paper goods, setting the tabletops, and displaying any other decorative items you’re incorporating into your day. While your event coordinator (that could be us too!) focuses on the event timeline and acts as a project manager, we’ll be paying attention to the details and creating photo-worthy moments.

Rentals – It just makes sense, economically, available options and flexibility. Do you wonder what in the world you will do with all of the decorations you have purchased for your wedding? Hmm, maybe mom will keep them in her garage for the next 10 years… You can actually rent these items rather than purchasing and not have to worry about them after the wedding. You budget will go further as you will not be paying full price for purchased items, that means you are able to a little something extra with the money you have saved by renting. We have a large selection of vintage, rustic, eclectic, elegant and trending décor. And, if we don’t have it we will find (or build) it for you. We’ve gotcha covered. Our ever growing inventory is sure to have something you’re going to love! Start by scrolling through our online inventory and creating a wishlist. When you’ve selected everything you want, send it over and we’ll get back to you lickity split with availability and a quote. We also have custom signs available. I want beautiful signage but have not-so-beautiful handwriting. Will you do it? Our on call artist is uh-mazing. Let us know you want Custom Writing & submit your content, and then we’ll include a Custom Writing Quote in your order. Please submit content as soon as possible & no later than 15 days prior to your event to avoid a Rush Fee. Available with our chalkboards, mirrors, windows or we could use your own.

A la Carte Rentals – So you’re styling your own wedding/corporate event/birthday/baby shower/Photo shoot/[insert other cool hangout]? In our opinion, every party needs a little vintage lovin’ and we’re happy to hook you up with just the right pieces! All you have to do is submit your wish list of Echos of Yesterday pieces and we’ll get started on making sure they are all yours! Don’t see what you are looking for? Let us know! Florals – We love creating the perfect arrangement that compliments your style. Unique and bold bouquets/centerpieces that make a statement are our favorite. Have you thought about using succulent centerpieces combined with the rustic elegant look, yes, you can even rent the succulents! We use silks and/or fresh flowers and can even incorporate something special into your arrangement.

Full Event Design – Have a dream but don’t’ really know how to make it happen? Or are you so busy you don’t have the time to make your dream come true? We will work with you (or surprise you!) to create beautiful, unique and tailored decor that truly highlights who you are, what you love, and what you always dreamed your wedding would look like. Full Planning Package – If there’s ever been a special occasion for someone to wait on you hand in foot, it’s your wedding, right?! You are recently engaged- a savvy and stylish girl who wants nothing short of a jaw-dropping wedding. But you don’t know where to begin, and you don’t have time to figure it all out, let alone plan this mind-blowing event yourself! Share all your wedding dreams with us, participate as you wish, and soak up the rest of your engagement season – as stress free as possible. The creative experts at Echos of Yesterday will help you define your style and achieve your idea of a perfect wedding.

Partial Planning Package – We have designed a partial planning service for the bride who is busy about life and desperately wants a coordinator, but needs to stay within a specific budget. Planning a wedding is stressful for anyone, especially the working girl! This service allows you to plan your wedding while enjoying the security of having our expert advice and guidance from start to finish. You can choose up to 10, 15, 20, or 25 hours of consultation to include any of the services included in the full planning package. You can choose when, what, and how you need assistance and where you want to use our expertise. Rehearsal dinner planning is optional and day-of coordination can be included in this service.
